Humanim at American Brewery

Designed by Charles Stoll, this late 1880s brewery produced about 40,000 barrels of beer per year. Although changing names in 1931 to become “The American Brewery,” beer production continued until 1973. For over 30 years the building remained vacant until Humanim renovated the five story building and made it their Baltimore headquarters. Humanim provides workforce development services with barriers to employment. Come see the historic architectural elements of this building on a guided tour!
