10 Light10 Light St, Baltimore, MD 21202 www.fxstudios.com/10-light-street2.html
This iconic art deco building, built for the Baltimore Trust Company, broke ground in 1924 and opened five years later. Shortly there after, the Great Depression began and the company foundered, vacating the building within a year. Several tenants occupied the building through the decades, including Bank of America, which restored major portions of the building in the 1990’s. The 34 story structure has recently been converted into apartments and an Under Armour Performance Center powered by FX Studios. Baltimore firm BCT Architects designed the newly renovated spaces.
